Welcome to Yarin’s Studio. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Yarin’s Studio’s Shopify store. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Products and Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, branding, and creative content displayed on this website are the sole intellectual property of Yarin’s Studio. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs and content is strictly prohibited.

3. Order Processing & Production

All products are made-to-order using a Print-On-Demand (POD) model. Orders begin production shortly after payment is confirmed.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. However, Yarin’s Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.
In case of a defective or damaged product:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide your order number, clear photos, and a video showing the defect.

  • If approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

6. Product Variations

Due to printing processes and monitor display differences, there may be slight variations in color, placement, or sizing from the product images shown on the website. These variations are not considered defects.

7. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in the store’s selected currency. Shopify may allow checkout in multiple currencies depending on customer location and store settings.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Customer details will only be used to process and deliver your order. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to fulfill your purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

Yarin’s Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
