At Asa Tamaka we aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days for production, followed by an average shipping time of 9–14 business days. This results in an estimated total fulfillment time of 10–17 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are included in the product price. No additional charges will apply at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that tracking information is provided by our production and shipping partners.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Yarin’s Studio will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs in the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately with photo or video evidence of the issue, along with your order number, so we can assist you accordingly.
