1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Reporting a Problem
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

A clear photo of the defect

A short video showing the issue
3. Lost Shipments
If the tracking information confirms that a package is lost in transit, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Delivered Orders
If the tracking shows the package was delivered, our responsibility ends at that point. Customers are responsible for contacting their local postal service for any delivery disputes.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Delays caused by customs or local postal services

Items lost after confirmed delivery
All products are specially made after the order is placed, therefore returns or exchanges cannot be made due to size selection.
